From geographical maps to roadmaps of global projects and programs
I am a geographer by education. By choice and passion, I am a Program and Portfolio Manager who is not afraid of challenges and difficult projects.
My professional journey is an evolution: from teaching about the world, through international cooperation in the EU and the Ministry of Environment, to managing project portfolios at IBM and Kyndryl. I have completed a full career transition, proving that with the right mindset, any goal is achievable. Today, I help organizations and leaders deliver what seems impossible and manage one of the most critical moments in a project’s lifecycle: leadership change.
Himalayan Mindset: A Lesson from Kala Pattar (5623 m above sea level)
In the mountains, on glaciers, and near volcanoes, I learned the most important rule for success: it’s not muscles that conquer peaks, it’s the MIND. Conquering Kala Pattar shaped my character. It taught me that when faced with obstacles, you don’t look for excuses, but for solutions. In business, I operate the same way: step by step, consistently, with full focus on the goal (Focus). As a “Recovery Project Manager,” I entered situations of chaos and brought order to reality, building systems and solutions that work long-term.

Philosophy: Design Your Life
I believe that You are your most important project.
I believe that a project-based approach has the power to change reality – not just the business one. I apply it almost everywhere: from implementing complex IT systems, creating new products, and writing books, to planning expeditions and family life. It allowed me to fulfill dreams of walking across the Brooklyn Bridge, discovering Venice, conquering Kala Pattar in the Himalayas, or descending into the magma chamber of an Icelandic volcano.
My Concept: My Own Everest™ It was from the combination of a passion for mountains and a love for structure that my concept of “My Own Everest” was born. This is an original approach in which I promote the use of Project Manager tools to achieve personal and professional peaks. I show that each of us has our own Everest, and the path to it requires the same precision as a global IT project.
Leadership starts with Ownership Collaboration with Brian Tracy on the books “Passion” and “Opportunity” allowed me to combine hard PM methodology with the psychology of achievement. I teach leaders how to take full responsibility (Ownership) for their path. I believe that only a leader who can design their own life and control their “My Own Everest” can safely and effectively guide a team through the biggest project storm.
Mentor – Companion on the Path to the Summit
As a PMI® Mentor and a long-time mentor at IBM and Kyndryl, I accompany leaders on their journey – from aspiring PMs to senior managers overseeing programs, PMOs, and portfolios.
Mentoring with coaching elements: My work is not just about ready-made solutions. Often, to move forward, one must confront difficult questions. I help uncover blockages and build authentic self-confidence.
Support in change: I specialize in guiding individuals through the career transition process (especially into IT). I have walked this path myself – I know what maps you need not to get lost in new territory.
Recognition: My passion for developing others has been honored, among others, with the prestigious Kyndryl Global Award and multiple Kyndryl Hall of Fame awards in the Responsibility to Others category.

Trainer and Speaker – Practice over Theory
Knowledge forged in battle and shared with passion
In the workshop room and on the conference stage, I feel in my element. I don’t teach textbook theory – I share solutions that I have tested in the most demanding international projects. I conduct training and workshops both within companies and at international conferences, sharing my knowledge and experience.
Original programs: I conduct custom workshops on Project Management, with a particular focus on the international environment in local government units (LGUs) and my proprietary system Project Handover & Takeover (Project Takeover and handover).
Expert presentations: From the Wroclaw University of Economics to the stages of PMI, IPMA Congresses and conferences, Perspektywy Women in Tech. I show how to turn risk into opportunity.
- I conducted training for IBM and Kyndryl, including training for the CRC (Corporate Readiness Certificate) Program at Kyndryl.
- I also conducted training for the global organization Project Management Institute (PMI) as part of the PMP Study Group 2022 edition on original training courses concerning Project Takeover and handover, and cooperation in an international environment and the impact of cultural differences on business.
In the workshop room, I feel in my element, imparting knowledge that has been tested and proven over years of practice. My approach is based on real experiences, tools, and solutions that I have personally used in Project Management. Every tool and method I recommend has been tried in various situations, and sometimes developed through mistakes made. Thanks to this, my participants receive practical knowledge that is effective in real business conditions, not just textbook theory.

Business Strategy and High Performance: To grow my company and better support my clients, I completed a year-long, prestigious development program RBC Master Business Academy with Kamila Rowińska. It was there that I honed my skills in strategic business building and values-driven management.
Building my writing workshop, I learned from the best. I participated in Sebastian Kot’s Author Academy and completed the elite Masterclass Book Writing (BTI) personally led by Michał Tracy. Thanks to this, my books and articles not only convey knowledge but are an effective tool for change for the reader.

Personally: Mother and Explorer
Life is my most important project
Personally, I am a mother of two boys, to whom I try to pass on a passion for discovering the world, learning, and courage in realizing dreams – whether through shared travels or board games. I am passionate about mountain hiking, volcanoes, and glaciers. It is in solitude with a book or during a walk through the forest that I recharge my batteries for new challenges. My dream remains the Brooklyn Bridge in New York and Venice – because I believe that a list of dreams should be treated like a to-do list.
